Giving form to the unseen forces of nature. Wind, waves, light — forces that cannot be seen, yet can unmistakably be felt. Juhoh brings their presence into space through singular works of contemporary sculpture.

A work is not merely an object to possess, but a presence to live with — a thought given form.
Each work begins with a single kanji and the idea held within it. Some ideas resist direct translation: ma, the charged space between things; wabi-sabi, beauty shaped by impermanence and imperfection. These are not decorative motifs. They are ways of perceiving the world, given form — never to be repeated.
風は思いのままに吹く。その音を聞いても、どこから来て、どこへ行くのかを知らない。わたしたちは「風」を感じることはできる。しかし、本当はその風がどこで生まれ、どこで消えるのかを知らない。物事の本質が隠されている予感と、自由の香り。その一瞬を、ふたつとないかたちに留める。

The freedom to surrender to the current and simply drift — the fluid grace found in letting go.

A solitary summit reaching toward the heavens. Some views can be seen only beyond the steep ascent.
Juhoh樹芳 — じゅほう
Juhoh is a Japanese sculptor whose practice moves between the visible and the invisible. Each work begins not with a predetermined shape, but with a single kanji and the idea held within it — an idea that may resist direct translation.
Wind, wave, cosmos: forces and spaces that cannot be seen in themselves, yet can unmistakably be felt. Juhoh gives them spatial form, creating singular works that continue to resonate quietly within the viewer. For Juhoh, form follows thought, and no work is ever repeated.
作品は「かたち」からではなく、ひとつの漢字から生まれる。風、潮、宙（そら）。目には映らないが、確かに感じられる自然の力。その本質を空間に宿し、観る者の心の奥で静かに動きつづけるものを、世界にただ一つだけつくる。
